At Battery World, we want your style to stay fully charged; if your fashion purchase doesn't spark joy, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
